We hope you love your purchase! however, if it isn’t quite right, we understand. You have 14 days from the date received to return your item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure all returns are unworn, and accompanied by their original tags.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept any returns outside the 14-day window.
Kindly note that items purchased from The Madison Edit online cannot be returned to Madison & Co instore in Glasthule.

SENDING BACK YOUR RETURN
Please package securely – original packaging where possible.
You must include your order number and full name inside the package, so we can identify your return.
Buyer is responsible for return postage
The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3–5 working days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
